Unknown Oc - open to suggestions

I like the general design of this one (because I love winter and snow) I original designed her with the 'Snow Queen/Witch' in mind but I honestly don't know what to do with her.

So far an unused oc. I am half tempted to do a series of these and give them away (competition type thing - write out the bio/backstory to the character I give it to the one I like most sort of thing?) XD I dunno D: agh
